      A great place to work that allows me to grow in my chosen field while having work life balance!

      Pros

      Open and inviting work environment with room to grow in my chosen field with support for insurance education. This company encourages work life balance, commits resources (time and money) to our communities, and has a great benefits package.

      Cons

      PTO accumulation is a little slow after the initial 15 days provided, i.e. earn a day a year after 5 years.

      Pros

      Unlimited possibilities and room for growth and development. Great benefits, frequent recognition (and extra opportunities) for those who put in the extra effort, friendly coworkers, approachable management, AWESOME agency partners, overall positive, accommodating, and rewarding environment. The company really cares about our community and encourages employees to get involved.

      Cons

      The company is growing faster than staff count, so meeting deadlines can be stressful.

      Pros

      The money and benefits are great. They pay for education, more than just job education. They will also help pay for college.

      Cons

      It is very competitive and coworkers will take advantages to sabotage other employees.
