Pros

There is a generalized extremely high level of competence in the people working at Unify^2. Initiative is recognized, encouraged and rewarded. When a business opportunity is identified, the company is able to take quick decisions and put its muscle behind these decisions. That gives employees fair chances to work on different things. There is a great flexibility in work time and location (e.g. whenever is compatible with business needs you can work from home, no question asked) which allows for an excellent work-life balance.

Cons

Part of the leadership team has the tendency to communicate only good news while the bad ones are let to be taken care of by rumors. The link between the high level vision and single projects is in some cases a weak one.

Pros

Fantastic company to work for, highly knowledgeable colleagues, everyone is top of their game - no deadwood! Strong decisive leadership team and clear communication of company strategy plus investment in training wherever needed and without question. The company values its employees and works hard to ensure that the work / life balance is maintained. There are excellent opportunities within the company and as a woman I particularly disagree with the previous review on how we are treated. I am very proud of the work we do at Unify2 and hope to be here for many years to come.

Bad Experience Starting With The Hiring Process

Pros

Interesting and smart group of people HQ is in a nice office building and you can enjoy free snacks and coffee all day long Good benefits and pretty flexible work work schedule

Cons

Extremely poor leadership that's not transparent with the rest of the organization. It translates into creating a company that has bad culture & values. Smart individuals are not enabled to be successful yet leaderships sets very unattainable/unrealistic metrics which are impossible to be met given the resources provided to do your job. If you are a woman, be prepared to be dismissed most of the time. This company does not respect women as it does men (and this is coming from a guy) which is very unfortunate.
