      paid holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, work well with school schedule

      Cons

      higher management plays favorites, compensation for tellers is not enough for the amount of work we actually do in comparison to bankers, etc.

      Loose management means there are almost no quality control, you could do a bad work but no one really knows or cares

      Cons

      The management is far below industry standard; what make even worse is that mediocre managers would grow up with them a bunch of even more mediocre employee

      more laid back compared to other banks, more obtainable goals

      Cons

      downsizing business model causing many people to be laid off, harder to get time off approved, less banking branches available on weekends compared to before.
