Cons

The work environment can be a bit uncomfortable. Full-time faculty can get somewhat territorial around adjuncts and are sometimes unwilling to answer questions new adjuncts might have.

35 hour work week might qualify for a 4 work day schedule

Cons

STEM division has fraudulent practices. You are not allowed to reach out to people on other teams who are required for financial approvals. Everything needs to go through the deans, which causes mad delays and inefficiencies. HR will falsify documentation. DEI is thrown around, but god forbid you are an actual minority. Everything is micromanaged.
