Students are great and the food in the cafeteria is good.

Cons

Since the current administration arrived the atmosphere and morale at the College has deteriorated. They are controlling and nasty and show no respect to the adjunct faculty. In fact they practice microaggression toward us by referring to us as a 'stable' and refusing to call us professor. They are very disrespectful and nasty.

Most of the staff is friendly.

Cons

Very high expectations for low pay. Administration is passive aggressive, will smile to your face and take advantage of hard working employees. Hard work is rewarded with more work. Fortunately, I left just in time. Shortly after I left, many people started getting laid off.

Cons

Some of the Administration's latest policies are not beneficial for faculty or students. Especially in student support. Some administration policies lead to problems for students causing them to suffer academically. Some policies creates a difficult work environment for staff which also leads to problems for students.
