- Nothing much to say here -

Cons

- No emphasis on talent development. You are treated like a expendable resource - Seems like every month it is a new target, new focus. - Less pay to engineers compareed to other companies - All the leaders are not technical but more sales focussing. No ML background

I am sorry to hear about your experience and I will share this feedback with our team. We value feedback from current and former employees. I’m new to the Chief People Officer role and our people are my focus. In regard to pay, we will never be the highest in the industry, and startups never are compared to larger companies, however, it really depends which other companies you are basing the comparison. Uniphore is growing very quickly, and we will continue to encourage an open dialog for employees to engage with their managers on their career goals and talk about their development. Ohh plenty. No product. No customer base Only lies by CEO Biggest marketing company CEO is here to make money Nit to build company Sales team is struggling to sell from many years engineers are wasting time BA don’t no what they doing. Lot of black mail to employees Delivery team sucks

Pros

No work timing which is a con for most departments but good for a few departments Leaders are nice to your face (only)

Cons

The leadership predominantly in sales and marketing does not seem to appreciate the work the engineering team does as much as the other customer facing departments Too much talk not much on the inside Internally a very split up company none of the departments get on well You’d seem lost with not much meaningful work to do Too much pressure on the executive level employees where leadership is actually disconnected on what’s exactly happening No proper ethics in anything. Integrity a issue.
