Pros

- Awesome team of people and collaborative culture - Industry leading solutions with constant product releases and improvements - Clear path for career advancement - Work/Life Balance - Supportive management - Wide range of tools provided to help enable employees - Well funded - Competitive salary - Great benefits

Cons

- Different job functions/teams can operate independently at times (Has drastically improved since I got here, but would love to see continued emphasis/process on/around how different job function/teams can continue to more efficiently work together).

Pros

- Lots of VC backing - Interesting tech space - Unlimited PTO

Cons

- Uniphore has a culture of favoritism if you are in the "in" crowd you will get praise and recognition for putting in very little effort but if you are not it is very difficult to get recognition or move up even for high achievers - Almost no diversity in the leadership team - The product promises a lot but fails to deliver, leading to customer frustration and disappointment - The lack of clear direction and strategy from leadership creates confusion and poor employee morale - Treats employees like they are expendable, between the layoffs, getting rid of the monthly mental health day and requiring that all remote employees either relocate or quit, leadership has proven that they do not care about their employees and do not trust that they can be successful when not being supervised in an office

Pros

-Good industry sector- conversational AI -Good cloud platform -Rapidly expanding tooling

Cons

-ISO (stock options) overvalued, no deferral on exercise for cap gains (FMV-Strike). FMV not adjusted downward. -Not SaaS product, in name only, just pricing model, contracts. Most contracts (ex Jacada, Red Box) not yielding cash due to miss selling, change in customer preference, not availability of product -no real AI- all based on automation, key word spotting and training- by humans they call BAs -co founders not from enterprise software space- have never done it but have full authority -no culture since they bought tech (RPA Automation - Jacada), (Telephony Integration - Red Box)
