I have joined recently in Uniphore and its really great to be part of this family, 1. Good HR interaction 2. Smooth onboarding process (virtual) 3. Work life balance is awesome

Pros

Since I recently joined Uniphore all I can share is about the hiring process and on boarding. Hiring process was impressive, right from scheduling interview till Joining - HR guys were in continuous contact and made it seamless for me. Due to this current pandemic situation, it was a virtual on boarding. But it was done with zero glitch. Impressed with the warm welcome even from top level and the products they are working on are challenging.

Cons

As I said so far so good, its early to write a con!! :)
