      Great place to collaborate and grow

      Pros

      Working at Uniphore has been a great experience for me! I’ve grown so much, both personally and professionally, and a big part of that is because of the people. The marketing team is full of smart, creative, supportive people, and I enjoy working with them every day. I’ve learned a ton—not just from my teammates, but also from the exposure I’ve gotten in the industry. It’s exciting to be part of a company that’s moving fast and innovating, where I can keep building my own skills while also helping drive the company forward.

      Cons

      As with many fast-growing companies... priorities shift quickly which means adjusting or reworking campaigns on short notice. It can be frustrating at times! Ultimately, it comes with the territory and requires flexibility, and it’s also part of the pace that keeps the work exciting!
