To learn and to use Gen AI, I left the company

Pros

The company paid at the midpoint of my position.

Cons

It was my experience that the company would not make the investment in its employees to learn and to use GenAI, so I left. Ironic. Please pause and reconsider.

Terrible Work/Life Balance, Terrible Product,

Pros

Some people to work with here are friendly, kind, responsive and considerate.

Cons

Other colleagues here can be very rude, inconsiderate, aggressive, and unresponsive. The work/life balance really deteriorates over time as it seems the longer you work here, the more hours they want you to work. You end up having to work at all hours - early mornings, late nights, weekends because there is not enough quality control on the product, so some urgent issue is always occurring.
