Pros

Reasonable Managers, Fun Co-workers, Learned a lot about customer service, learned about the culture of Japan, great quality of clothing, 30% discount, pays more than other retail stores as base (when I started), large break room and fridge, great location.

Cons

Incredibly demanding, there is a list of 6 standard phrases/sayings you must memorize, performance in regards to how a certain section is kept is evaluated by grades (A,B,C,D), evaluations yearly, all-black dress code, no individuality allowed, very long hours, certain benefits were cut by the time I left like shortened lunch breaks, shared bathroom with customers

Pros

it was cool to work with others.

Cons

management was easy..... Like this was the worst, most prejudice company i have ever worked for. Workers fornicated with one other. Sometimes playing on the clock. The level of professionalism I experienced was so minuet, a 5 year could've done the job better. Whats worse is that evaluations are completely biased, its not even funny. These guys will just butter you up to excel for a non-promotion period to just take a huge dump on your dignity. Thanks to Uniqlo for a crappy 2 yr transitional life period.

Pros

The handful of co-workers who help/know what they're doing without constant guidance

Cons

Hours go from extreme load to almost non-existent, absolutely no resources ever consistently stocked (paper towels, cleaning products), any helpful suggestions to supervisors/managers are completely ignored
