      Pros

      They actually pay a decent amount to almost all levels within the company, product is good enough quality to sell itself

      Cons

      Consistently forces you to compromise your morals, absolutely NO possibility of a social life outside work, cliques form throughout the entire store creating unnecessarily competitive and hostile environment

      Pros

      Great pay for entry level sales associate. Training was thorough as we were part of the opening crew for flagship store in West Coast (San Francisco). Plenty of hours distributed evenly during beginning. Strict management kept everyone in line and in check. Opportunity to move up positions within six months. One of the better retail jobs in the SF Downtown area

      Cons

      Strict management had high and sometimes ridiculous demands and goals for us. Lack of communication after negotiated leave of absence due to school.

      Very aggressive merchandising led company, fast at making decisions. If you enjoy merchandising then this is the company

      Pros

      Made some good friends and contacts. Learned how to merchandise color. Traveled to the US and UK for market research. Had the opportunity to work with people outside of the company.

      Cons

      Countless revisions and sometimes awkward employee rules that apply to the headquarters. For example since the retail employees have to work on a national holiday so do the regular employees in the headquarters.
