Pros

- 30% staff discount also on promotion items - nice team - you can actually learn more than average sales advisor jobs - multitasking. From tills to alterations, you must be able to do everything.

Cons

- unhealthy place to work in (often dirty/dusty) - extreme shifts hours (7 am- 11 pm) - forced to do overtime till late night (also 1 am!!!) - low pay - high turnover (people simply get tired and go away) - sometimes very rude managers
