Pros

Growth is attainable there if you apply yourself. Talk to management and for the most part you can be on the step to a career and better yourself professionally and fashionably.

Cons

Expectations exceeded reality sometimes. Lots of turnover. Lots of rules that needed not be implemented and procedures that were unnecessary. Morning meetings were done over th e top sometimes.

Pros

Excellent Opportunity for growth in a company that will revolutionize retail in the US. If you work hard and show that you have leadership potential then you should shoot up through the ranks rather quickly.

Cons

It will be hard to get used to the strict Japanese aesthetic especially since they dont really try to mesh very well with American culture, but they are slowly but surely learning.
