Pros

- Diverse, fun team of coworkers - Higher starting pay rate than many like retailers - Competitive employee discount - Good for a parttime job during school

Cons

- Increasingly more focused on expansion and by-the-book rules than employee wellbeing - No longer implement strong values in hiring and promoting from within - Difficult to get a raise - Feeling like you're going to get fired every day - Erratic work hours (but then again it's retail) - Living in fear of the ex-pats!!
