Pros

cute clothes at a good discount, most employees are awesomely nice! they will actually give you hours, unlike a lot of retail.

Cons

Standards and rules are ridiculously strict. They do not want you to be human. They want you to work 9 hour shifts and then frown at you if you don't want to stay later. If you have to leave the floor to use the restroom, it is a huge deal. Upper Management is absolutely awful and don't care about anyone but themselves. Same goes for the terrible Japanese ex-pats who just want to make the rest of us miserable.

Pros

-Met great people -High standards -Great product -Thank you cards were exchanged frequently

Cons

-Poor work life balance -Scheduling & availability were a HUGE issue. For example, it would change without notice & without regard to personal matters, preferences & specified availability -Sometimes dangerous & hazardous work environment. For example, climbing unstable fixtures, poor ventilation & AC, falling boxes, climbing ladders in unsafe areas -Encouraged to overwork -Promises of promotions given by recruitment staff were unfounded -Questions about benefits given to full time employees were not answered or heavily delayed by HR -Internal HR unresponsive to complaints & comments -Hours & paychecks were often wrong & would sometimes take weeks to be corrected -Several employees were hospitalized due to work place injuries

Pros

The pay, its competitive but not enough because they expect so much You CAN be promoted quickly, if you're a favorite.

Cons

Everything. From the moment training starts, its like being in a concentration camp. Communcation? Non existent. Reviews? Only for the favorites. Days off? God forbid you should want a specific day off. Day off? Get called and texted all day. Want to wear color at work? Not happening Company prides themselves on merit based promotions? Only promotes favorites
