Pros

Diverse Workers are usually very nice 30% discount

Cons

Micromanaging Too many "values" and "culture" that don't equate to anything. Nobody really believes in it but you have to memorize it or you'll be considered a bad worker. Randomly being tested on phrases and company culture. Again nobody actually follows it but managers look to point to it and call out any mistakes you make. Feels like I'm in school having to constantly memorize things and repeat things back to managers.

You learn more about business operations and practice your patience..i guess

Cons

I had just a few days in a month when I could clock out at the exact time I was supposed to be scheduled to leave my workplace! These people always give you a task like 2 minutes before your official time at work ends, and in reality, it will include you spending 10 minutes on it!! so disrespectful

Pros

Great people to work with, you’ll definitely make good lasting friends there. Pay is whatever, you’ll see a lot of money if you stay longer and put in the hours.

Cons

Toxic work environment, terrible management, they work you to the bone, sees you as another body on the floor install an actual person. It’s fine the first few months but then you’ll see what a terrible place it is.
