Pros

The people working here can be very kind. Allowed me to practice my Japanese skills Promotion requirements are clear (though rarely seen through properly Pay at one point was competitive Transferring stores seemed simple

Cons

Management was constantly changing, intentionally. In 3 years had 6+ managers. Promotions had favoritism and evaluations were completed without any discussion. COVID Protocols were followed when it was most convenient. Job was threatened when positive tests were presented during peak covid season. Mid level management varied immensely resulting in regular conflicts. Rules continued to get more and more strict Direction of company moved in an anti consumer path resulting in retail employees getting harassed regularly.
