You are right. Being a two and half decade old company, we too are facing the same challenge of modernizing legacy systems without any business disruptions. UBS acknowledges the fact that technology modernization is not only important but also inevitable. Staying current and relevant is of paramount importance. The best place i have ever seen to work

Cons

Only downside is in between for one year management was changed and the most prompt guy Sanjay Bargotra was fired from his position of CEO of India group. Due to which new management came in and some injustice happened to employees by not giving the usual compensations.
