Agile process followed diligently by team, Energetic team, Wonderful management who understands your challenges, Opportunity for people to learn with all experience, Great work life balance and Team is given the responsibility and ownership with needed coaching from senior leadership, Transparent process all through from Top till the Agile teams, its fun to to be at Unibiz for those who are committed and enjoy taking the ownership and feel the sense of responsibility

Cons

I dont see anything wrong that challenges one not to work at Unbiz, while there could be small issues but definitely not something that one should even be worried as teh management does everything humanly possible with right intent to solve any outstanding issues

1. Low on fun activities especially in Covid times, which will be soon revived.
