Learning technology Medical insurance Food coupons for experienced persons Work from Home option Every year free 5k for mobile upgrade (2+yrs in same company).

Cons

Office In-time 9 to 10 am. Office exit time god knows. No Proper design. Design changes day by day. developer effort becomes waste. Work pressure No growth opportunities in software testing career because of testing same feature again and again. manual testing - no proper document about product. Tamil is an like a official language . Not able understand you may have become a Corporate Slave You sleep less than an average of 6 hours every night. You feel you cannot talk to your manager, your HR or your colleagues about your grievances.

UBS regrets the incovenience caused. But that is a thing of the past now. UBS has realized to honor and respect work-life balance of associates. Towards that UBS senior management has been working hard to bring about a cultural changes by making many radical changes to its policies and processes. I think we have been doing good, but do realize much more can be done. We are committed and will continue on our endeavor to provide a health, conducive work environtment for our associates. With all humility, we admit that 2017 was not such a good year in UBS. But its the thing of the past. UBS, having realized the shortcomings, is bringing about radical changes to its policies and processes for better Employee engagement. Much is being done, but more needs to be done. Employee satisfaction is of paramount importance to UBS, and senior management will thrive for it. Thank you for your candid feedback.
