Pros

new joinee will get one water bottle and one coffee cup.

Cons

As described by other review about learning new tech. There is no new tech and no learning... if you point out the mistakes in the process, you will be targeted and obviously the next step u know. you can find employees (bachelors) who are not even graduated who works 18/7, and u will be compared with them.

- Learn Technology - Uses technologies to the max for the product features. - Makes use of your skills and facilitate to expand at the max. - Open Door policy - where you can meet any person @ the floor irrespective of designation or position. - A good appraisal system where your views will be taken and inputs given to you on your performance.

Cons

- Works with Custom process than using industry standard process like scrum or agile
