Pros

They value my work as a individual and what my team does. They are accommodating to the family atmosphere in Utah. They do their best to award hard working individuals. Although there are few positions in an office of 48+ people they do their best to promote you where possible. A benefit of a small company with a big foot print (it being a franchise organization) is that there is virtually no bureaucracy but you still have the financial backing of all 280+ franchises.

Cons

Small company atmosphere can be limiting somewhat in advancing one career but the pros in this area seem to out-way this con.

The personnel are recruited based on integrity, optimism, ethical values, and open-minded hard workers. The management is constructed of open-door communication, flexibility, and a giving attitude. The work atmosphere is comprised of high energy, good natured small-business minded employees with the mind-set of big savings for local businesses.

Cons

Finding your own time management to get your job duties done. Learning how to hold yourself accountable for our customer's needs.

-Great earnings potential from the start. - great support staff willing to help you be successful - great work atmosphere and colleagues - alot of freedom to sell as you please - good compensation plan - great/fun corporate and franchise sales contests to win some pretty fun prizes

Cons

- can have really long hours sometimes - must be really self disciplined to be successful (not a con unless you are lazy) - Logistics industry is rough and competitive - no long term potential unless you purchase a franchise
