Freedom to come and go as you please

where do I start, pay is terrible, no job security, terrible training, franchised so owners let you build a book of business for them and then fire you or make you quit so they keep your sales and dont have to pay you a salary. A reason why when I left there was one rep left who had been there over a year and he was the obvious ass kissing favorite who had been there since they bought the franchise. Stay away!

Overall a great product portfolio to sell Strong UPS product Strong LTL products A healthy corporate culture Good job for someone just getting into B2B outside sales

Cons

Base compensation will vary amongst franchises, but is generally pretty low Commission structures will vary amongst franchises Constantly knocking on doors for new business can get old Some franchises don't have enough support to service their existing customers properly

Industry leading technology, great contracts with nationwide carriers, and always looking to improve customer base with great customer service and an ever increasing working knowledge of the freight shipping world.

Cons

Pay could be more competitive, long hours including after hours demands, individual franchises can only provide support to their own customers. Corporate support is not always accurate/timely in their responses.
