      Pros

      Excellent opportunity for hard working aggressive sales people. Each franchise is owned independently so you have the ability to work in a small office environment but still have the chance to advance your career. With lucrative bonus and commission in addition to salary, a highly successful rep can make a six figure income within a couple years.

      Cons

      Working in sales for Unishippers can be high pressure and requires dedication and hard work. Not everyone is cut out for that. Unishippers franchises vary in size, but in almost all cases you will have some level of relationship with the business owner so make sure you can relate to that owner on a personal as well as business basis.

      Pros

      You meet a lot of people and learn a lot about businesses in your region.

      Cons

      Managemenr stinks. Overall setup of franchising and staff means that you work really hard to help your boss get rich. While doing so, you suffer the consequences and expenses involved. Not good pay and not good incentives. Being successful means you have to lower or even go against your morals/values.

      Get to make your own schedule, but not ideal for someone with not a lot of experience.

      Pros

      Ability to make a lot of money, make your own schedule, work from home, don't have to be in an office all day.

      Cons

      Not a lot of training, you really hit the ground running and they just have you learn as you go. Management is a little unorganized.
