Pros

Culture - This is a fast paced sales machine with a proven process. Work hard - Play hard culture. Departments to support customer issues. Music plays in the background. Friday afternoon social meeting. Upward Mobility - They are hiring for a lot of new sales positions which will result in new sales management. Opportunity to earn promotions based on book of business, not based on how much the managers like you.

Cons

Starting out in sales, the days are long and repetitive. However day 120 looks a lot different than day 1.

As long as your customers are good, the work is good

Pros

Working mainly with the customers and freight companies so as long as those are good interactions, the work is easy.

Cons

Racing the clock to get things picked up and can be high stress for employees.

Thank you for your response! Like you, many of our employees love the fact that they get to work directly with business owners as well as our freight carrier partners! Being in any customer service role can be stressful, especially when time constraints are a factor. We pride ourselves on transparency with a goal to fulfill our customers needs, which sometimes means coordinating a last minute pick-up before their close of business. Our customers continue to choose us because of this service and setting honest expectations. Thank you for your hard work and your contribution to our company vision, it is greatly appreciated!

SO MUCH GROWTH! Also, Pizza Tuesday - the culture is awesome.

SO MUCH GROWTH - so there are definitely some growing pains in terms of training.
