Pros

This company is a horrible one to work for specifically the ones in Fort Lauderdale. The VP doesnt care about her employees and only care for her monthly number...the managers are even worse...I wont go into actual names but I was personally treated very unfairly there. The work environment resembles that of a library. Their bonus structure sucks and they throw a high salary at you to compensate for the horrible bonus money you "are able to make" but absolutely will not make most months. All in all, just dont work here. I could go into a million different reasons why it would be a good choice to skip, but Ultimately they just dont care if you succeed or not, they care about their numbers and their bottom line and will kick anyone to the curb in order to get there.....Not somewhere you want to invest your time in if they are not going to invest back in you.

Cons

everything, read the pros...do not apply or work here....ever. its a sham and honestly the other shipping broking companies out there have better prices.
