Cons

Increase 30% pay from hard work. Lots of room to move up. Management trains you on a daily basis to grow and be successful.

Already on track for being a multi billion company so it is very competitive and if you slack you lack.

Pros

Great company to work for, fast pace, great environment. The sky is the limit for upward mobility and income. I have worked there for almost 2 years and have enjoyed it for the whole time. If you enjoy helping customers save money and giving them better service, this is the place for you. The market is wide open, because everything you use was shipped from the manufacturer to the shore you picked it up from.

Cons

I really don't have any problems with the company, they have always treated me well. And have always enjoyed working there. And plan staying there for a long time.
