Flexible schedule, and great people to work with.

Cons

The service is highly competitive and very difficult to sell. Sales goals are unrealistic and there is a big disconnect between corporate and franchisee goals.

Not super difficult stuff. Plenty of things to learn regarding the industry, but you will slowly become acclimated

Cons

Long hours (9-6), lots of information to learn to really master the job, and one mistake can be critical.
