Great Work Environment in the Stanton Office

Pros

This is a family environment. The owner and upper management care about us like we are family, treat us like family and have an open door policy that they fully enforce.

Cons

Consistency. Because of the leniency that upper management provides, it is not always consistent on what "behavior" is acceptable.
