Pros

Unishippers is a great business objective. The services they offer are definitely a need to small to mid size businesses

Cons

Territories are owned by franchise owners. Owner finds a new "favorite" employee every month. Has a bad reputation of that. Draws you in with a great pay and pays for insurance. Then when someone comes in cheaper, he "disappears" and has one of his senior sales reps call you to do his dirty work and never answers his phone

Pros

Excellent opportunity for hard working aggressive sales people. Each franchise is owned independently so you have the ability to work in a small office environment but still have the chance to advance your career. With lucrative bonus and commission in addition to salary, a highly successful rep can make a six figure income within a couple years.

Cons

Working in sales for Unishippers can be high pressure and requires dedication and hard work. Not everyone is cut out for that. Unishippers franchises vary in size, but in almost all cases you will have some level of relationship with the business owner so make sure you can relate to that owner on a personal as well as business basis.
