Business Outlook
Pros
Unisys is a massive company, and have many resources to offer its employees. The people that I worked with were top-notch; smart, creative, and extremly hardworking.
Cons
Unisys is a company that seems to be constantly in transition. There have been an incredible amount of lay-offs over the years, and it becomes extremly frustrating when quality people are continually being laid-off. The atmosphere is rather disheartening, as one never knows if they will be receiving a pink slip when they wake up in the morning. Until Unisys can decide what type of company it would like to be, I would not recommend taking a job there.
