      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. I luckily worked for great managers and am grateful for their support and helping me advance my career somewhat. Flexible as far as time off, work hours and work from home capability. I learned quite a bit and had more good experiences than bad.

      Lack of direction and focus with senior management.

      This Global company has opportunities everywhere within the company. The resources available to you to accomplish just about any goal with a client or internally that you would need

      bureaucratic nightmare. Established processes can take over a year to complete. Changes are very slow to take effect. Promotions and pay raises are usually 8-12 months before actual changes take effect.
