      Poor Leadership and Communication

      Pros

      Hybrid schedule, salary, and good curriculum base.

      Cons

      Changes in policy depending on who is interpreting them, poor leadership, zero communication, too many self proclaimed bosses, lack of information given to new students so high drop rate, zero rules being enforced and followed for students. Too many changes weekly depending on what education team member you speak to. No consistency with policies.

      Appearance is EVERYTHING

      Pros

      If you enjoy teaching and seeing results then you can help your students out and get them a better life. We do have a staff that genuinely wants the best for the students and several members of staff who go above and beyond to help them. Most of the staff works well with each other.

      Cons

      This campus likes to out on airs. The staff members that don't work well with each other make the environment toxic.
