Pros

Great flexibility with some seniority. One of the best networks of a US airline in terms of where we go. Opportunities to literally see the world. Great team mates!

Cons

Not every day is ideal. But that is with every job! Crazy schedules can mess with your sleep. Need to learn to be flexible and adapt. If you learn to adjust to these things it’s an amazing career in the long run.

Pros

Flight Benefits are nice, and overtime is regularly offered if you're interested in increasing your paycheck

Cons

Employee wellbeing is not prioritized, and back end systems are outdated making day to day job duties more difficult than they should be at a company making billions of dollars a year.

Pros

Now that we have a new contract, pay is much better. for 8 years, we will be making just under $65/hr. Easy enough to make 100k a year if you work 120 flight hours a month.

Cons

If you don't live in the city you're based in, commuting takes time and money as you need to have accommodation in the city you're based in starting off.
