Pros

Free Travel benefits for you and your close family (spouse, parents, siblings, etc)

Cons

No work rules. When you start you are at the mercy of the schedulers, they can call you any time even a 3 am to give you an assignment and you have 2 hours to get to the airport. A day of work could be extended to 16 hours and just get paid for flight time. Many times I sat at the airport for 6 hours without being paid.

Pros

Scheduling is best part of job, you literally make your own schedule. Unlimited O/T... Field trips pay out at about $1700 per day.

Cons

Bad upper management. Very poor communication between senior staff and lower staff. Find things out in newspaper first.
