Pros

Amazing travel benefits that have allowed me to see the whole world for free

Cons

Lower base salary across the board. It’s really depends on the team, but I feel like the leadership is not as focused on growth and development of the team and more so focused on output. Difficult to move up in the company and often have to do lateral moves first in order to eventually get promoted. The company has been going through some hard times recently, so it feels like we are in a total hiring freeze and we all feel stressed, under staffed and overworked at the moment. I have been here long enough to know it’s not the norm, but not great right now.
