      Pros

      Company will allow you to make up time if you're late for work without receiving an occurrence.

      Cons

      A bunch of training material to print off during training, wished company provided a knowledge base online within company portal, also company took 2 weeks after training to get all off log in credentials so we could start taking calls.

      The company tries to do good things for the employees. The company is great about helping within the community. Promotions are within the company.

      Cons

      Management could gain a lot if more training and ongoing training. Management openly shows favoritism. Neglects new hires and reps that maybe struggling.
