Pros

Flexible Schedule and it's easy to pass quality.

Cons

Remote agents cannot process their own payments and their is never anyone to take a payment in office so the consumer ends up waiting over 5, 10, and 15 minutes before hanging up. There is no way to track payments unless you do it yourself. No way to see where you are at or how much you need to hit goal. Collections should be based on bonus but since their is no way to see or know where you are at there is no way to argue the fact that no one is hitting goal or making bonus. You have to have a camera on and if you don't they are quick to message you but if you have a question or need help you will wait until the consumer hangs up. If you want an hourly position with little to no supervision it is great, but If you want to make bonus and have guidance or help when needed this isn't the company for you.
