Pros

UGT is an outstanding company for post-retirement second career professionals. Their focus is on matching talent with specific customer needs and they go above and beyond to unencumber their staff through efficient processes, customer service, and exceptional support staff. UGT operates with the utmost integrity and I value their Christian values. There is no question why they were named one of the Top Work Places in 2022.

Cons

Being geographically distributed across the country makes it difficult to physically interact and network with fellow UGT leadership and staff.

Thank you for you support of the structure and the Christian foundation that we focus on. As the company continues to grow, we look to continue to support our employees, our clients, and foster relationships amongst the staff. I do agree that the distributed work environment that took us national (31 states) in a very quick time has made it more difficult for full staff interaction. We appreciate your candid feedback on the good and the items we need to work on and resolve.

UGT get it. They value their employees and strive to make sure all needs are met. Quick esponse to questions and fair pay for work being performed.

Cons

Benefit package could be better but still great for a company that size.

Thank you for letting us know about how we are doing (good and bad). As we grow we hope that we are able to continue to enhance our overall health programs. As a growing company, we are balancing the massive costs increases, our employees, and clients unwillingness to raise rates. Each year it is a process and as we grow more, we have more negotiating power. Thank you again and hopefully will be able to remedy this as we get larger. Appreciate your feedback.
