Pros

Throughout my years at UGT, I've learned that hard work does not go unnoticed and that new ideas are welcome. I'm free to do my job without being micromanaged and have the latitude to decide how to accomplish my tasks. The company partners are honest and approachable and work as hard, if not harder, than their employees. They maintain a positive and encouraging company culture.

Pros

They treat their consultants well

Cons

For internal employees they have a time counter that measures how long you are on the phone each day. Completely unrealistic expectations. There are a few long time employees who have figured out how to scam the system but anyone new coming in they use for a few weeks to see how much productivity they can get out of them and then show you the door.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your positive feedback on how we treat consultants. Reference internal office employees that are responsible for getting us people for the programs we have sold to the government - we are very specific about expectations and deliverables on people that are spoken to. We have a great need for additional people that are working on these contracts. We allow recruiters to work remote and are specific about the KPIs before you start. If you cannot meet them or think they are unrealistic, I would suggest that you do not accept the offer to work here. Reference my Faith in Jesus Christ, business is a part of my life - Jesus is my life. Therefore it will come through in everything I do and I will not be changing that.

Pros

UGT is one of the best companies I have worked for, they are always thoughtful and willing to help in any way possible. Their staff is on top of things and always gets back to you right away. They put their employees first which is hard to find these days. I 100% recommend working for UGT!
