UGT has been the best company to work for. They are sincerely interested in helping you achieve your career goals and provide the opportunities to get you there. I highly recommend UGT for any one in the IT industry looking to advance in their career.

Cons

Some of the benefits are not as good as other large companies I've worked for, however the advancements in career growth outweigh any lack in benefits.
