Pros

I found myself in a strange situation and they used a common sense approach for helping me out of a very bad situation to a very good situation. I was impressed with how well they think on their feet and just try to do what is needed even giving up their position if needed to help.

Cons

I haven't found a con yet, not that I am looking for one.
