It is unfortunate for such a review to be placed against a company, and more importantly one that appears nothing more than personal slander vs. anything related to the company. The size of our firm (200-300 employees) allows for easy HR tracking of employees, internal reviews, and when people to resign or released - documentation is key. Fortunately and unfortunately, no one that has worked here for such a period of time has left UGT in recent memory. Unfortunately, there has been an individual that was terminated for lack of performance by the person's manager (not one of the partner owners). What happens with platform responses such as this, the allowance of slanderous misleading comments are allowed, as individuals (in the idea of transparency) can say whatever they want without fear of any accountability. This, in theory, sounds great but hurts real people and business owners that focus on their employee relationships and doing business with best ethics as a forward. We pray (religious fanatics as was referred - sorry I am not from the south) that this person find peace and can experience a better fit with their culture at a new company. All the best.
