Being with kids that just love being able to do activities throughout the day. Watching children grow.

Cons

Hectic environment. Dealing with parents, Also upper managements has its moments where they can be very unresponsive and do not cooperate with Counselors

A good cause with good people

Cons

Pay was low and not reflective of hours. You could do ton of overtime with no compensation. Very negative environment as well.

Building relationships with the kids. Company works hard to keep you motivated with training's, award ceremonies, and allowance for time off.

Cons

Pay and the kids can be out of control.
