Pros

Large company with many possibilities to advance your career, very friendly work culture, a lot of great benefits such as: discounted rentals, vacation buy up , etc. Also the company has multiple employee resource groups within the organization that employees can be a part of.

Cons

Some managers are better leaders than others, I personally have been lucky and have had excellent managers. Also since managers bonuses are directly related to their spending expenses - sometimes they can be a bit frugal with costs in and around the branch.

Pros

Tons of overtime for delivery drivers and field techs. Good Benefits, 401k, HSA, discounts through many vendors and services. Very diverse group of employees, lots of good people among them.

Cons

Overtime isn't exactly optional for those who work a lot of it. Management tends to care more about income and percentages than the quality of the equipment being sent to customers. Employee morale is rarely considered. The employee turnover rate seems pretty high across all departments. No guarantee you'll be paid what you're worth.
