Pros

United Rentals has great benefits from day one, offers training from the start to make sure you are the best you can be jumping into a new role and takes great care of its employees.

Cons

sales can be limited based on equipment availability but management will do everything in their power to make sure you have all the tools available to maximize your sales efforts.
