Pros

Time off and sick time.

Cons

If you aren't in sales you are basically garbage. You can screw up every part of your job and it's ok as long as you are outside sales. Any other position, how dare you make a mistake. If you update a rep too early that's a mistake. If you update them too late that's a mistake. If you take too long to reply to an email that's a mistake. If you reply too early, that's a mistake.
