Pros

Not much micromanagement from Branch level.

Cons

You are just a replaceable number. No one really cares. Can be there 15 days or 15 years, you get paid the same. The base pay is insultingly low. Upper Management is clueless and trickles down aggression. They also treat the OSRs like they have been in sales for 5 minutes.
