Pros

United Rentals is a company that truly values its employees. People who work hard are afforded the opportunity to advance well within the Organization. They provide outstanding employee benefits and support. I highly recommend working here and I say this as I celebrate 20 years as an employee today.

Cons

You have to be able to really stand out above others to advance as the talent pool is very thick and sometimes hard workers who are silent can be overlooked. This is not a bad thing; but, it is not a company that is for the quiet ones.
